The FLAKES AF-CF20 morning breakfast cereal production line consists of the following parts:

1 – Corn moisturizing mixer 300 kg capacity.

2 – helical feeder

3 – Extruder (detonation and forming head) with automatic feeder

4 – Conveyor line of the product from the extruder to the oven

5 – (Drying and roasting oven) 2 count

6 – The line of dressing the syrup with the flavor with the stirring mechanism

1 – Corn Moisturizing Mixer

The mixer capacity is / 300 / kg

Made of / stainless steel 304 / stainless steel thickness / 2 / mm.

Main engine with capacity of / 4 / horsepower, Turkish or Italian industry.

Equipped with a standard discharge slot.

Equipped with a water tank to control corn moisture level with a level indicator.

Equipped with a mechanical protection to prevent the worker’s hand from entering the mixer (metal mesh).

It is provided with a hatch for cleaning and monitoring and indicating the level of materials inside

The mixer basin is equipped with a magnet to remove mineral impurities from the corn, if any.

2 – helical feeder

It consists of a tank capacity of / 75 / kg approximately

Made of / stainless steel 304 / thickness / 2 / mm.

Bottom hole for cleaning.

It works on feeding materials to the extruder automatically

Equipped with a mechanical protection to prevent the worker’s hand from entering the mixer (metal mesh)

It is provided with a magnetic mechanism to withdraw metal impurities, if any, inside the atom.

3 – AMERICAN EXTRUSION EXTRUSION

The production capacity is from / 175 / to / 200 / kg per hour, according to the shape of the requested pill.

The main holder is made of thermally coated steel with the latest kilns and is equipped with standard steel legs

The approximate weight of the extruder is / 1200 / kg.

Fully insulated with an outer layer of / 304 stainless steel / for easy cleaning.

The gearbox is made of the finest metals that bear the pressure of long working hours, American Extrusion.

The main gearbox is designed to operate continuously 24/7.

The bearings and pellets are Swedish and Japanese made by SKF brand.

Snails are made of the finest metals and treated with the latest thermal furnaces (vacuum oven technology).

Equipped with main helix to feed the compressor helix with materials controlled by LS brand inverter.

The product feeder snail is equipped with an Italian VARVEL brand and an Italian or Turkish engine.

6 – The line of dressing the syrup with the flavor with the stirring mechanism

Equipped with a robotic arm to move and rotate the cornflakes automatically, and it is adjustable and calibrated according to demand

The process of rotating the cornflakes is carried out in a slow and homogeneous manner while applying the flavor.

The flavor is pumped and the pumping speed is quickly controlled in an electronic form (Korean LS brand).

It is equipped with special flavor sprinklers for the dripping, automatically and programmed to coat all cornflakes in a homogeneous manner, in diameter and flavor.
